Job Summary

The Renewals Manager role plays a pivotal part in the day-to-day administration of assigned customer accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in licensing and understand all owned assets within a given account to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Understand complex software quoting and revenue models including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Establish direct relationships with sales teams to drive expansions and identify at-risk accounts, fostering a proactive approach to customer management.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships and identify key stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes and loyalty.
