Job Overview

The Senior Renewals Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of assigned customer accounts.

This includes collaborating closely with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations to address customer needs and concerns.

The focus is on driving recurring revenue and software asset management within assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities
  • Licensing Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of all owned assets within an account, ensuring accurate engagement with Fortune 500 procurement teams.
  • Complex Software Quoting: Have a comprehensive grasp of complex software quoting, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Total Contract Value (TCV) Revenue Models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with professional services, technical support, and regional sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Renewal Management: Proactively manage and grow customer relationships, identifying key stakeholders and prioritizing renewal processes for optimal retention.
  • Account Growth: Directly collaborate with sales teams to drive expansions and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Review client requests with technical support, product management, and regional sales teams, escalating as necessary to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify at-risk accounts and implement appropriate measures or escalate as needed to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Be knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Industry Experience: Possess experience working with Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc., and be comfortable interfacing with complex clients at the director level.
  • Technical Competence: Understand high-level technical aspects of products and provide business and technical solutions to help customers optimize their use.
  • CRM Proficiency: Demonstrate competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
