Key Role in Acquisition Team

The Acquisitions Analyst plays a vital role in supporting acquisition and finance teams. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in a team environment with minimal oversight.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Perform financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments to ensure accurate decision-making.
  2. Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows, to assess investment opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to provide data-driven support for investment decisions.
  4. Prepare high-quality presentation decks to effectively communicate investment opportunities to stakeholders.
  5. Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
  6. Perform market-level due diligence, including sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
  7. Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline to ensure efficient deal flow.
  8. Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  2. MBA degree is a plus.
  3. 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions is required.
  4. Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities is essential.
  6. Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
  7. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are necessary.
  8. Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight is crucial.
  9. Unquestionable integrity and ethics are expected.
  10. Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills is necessary.
  11. Passion for commercial real estate and professional growth is a must.
