Training Development Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology-enhanced learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify competency gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training needs and preferences, and maintain open communication throughout the training process.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs, including instructor-led training, online courses, and e-learning modules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training development, preferably with supervisory or subject matter expertise.
  • Industry knowledge of the insurance industry or financial operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
