About This Role

This role focuses on the development and execution of comprehensive learning programs and solutions to enhance employee competency and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and implementing learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely deployment of learning sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program planning, organization, and implementation skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum five years of experience in HR program development, and proficiency in Google Workspace applications.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in end-to-end development and implementation of HR programs/projects, focused on employee development (e.g., management trainee program, middle management development program, senior management development program, etc.)
  • Must have relevant experience in developing online learning materials
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to conduct learning sessions outside Metro Manila.
  • Has the ability to effectively deal with all levels in the organization and manage multiple priorities or projects.
  • Proficient in various Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience handling a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
