Job Title: Contract Training CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences.Main Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual Communication: Provide communication support for Manufacturing training programs and assist participants with their queries.
  • Regional Management: Coordinate sessions for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage participant service desk.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain 24-hour response time, prepare regional reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team Coordination: Utilize strong organizational skills to coordinate teams.
  • Vendor Liaison Experience: Manage relationships with vendors.
  • Scheduling Skills: Schedule sessions for APAC time zones.
