Network Monitoring and Support Specialist

This is an entry-level opportunity to join a fast-growing team that supports major clients worldwide.

As a network monitoring and support specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring systems, networks, and tools to ensure operational stability
  • Tracking and logging work progress in ticketing systems (e.g., Splunk, MS Teams, Salesforce)
  • Responding to alerts and incident tickets in a timely manner
  • Dispatching field engineers or technicians as needed and coordinating job activities
  • Facilitating parts or equipment dispatch when required
  • Communicating clearly with internal teams, field engineers, and customers
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps, job updates, and resolutions accurately
  • Providing high-quality customer support with strong professionalism

The ideal candidate will have a background in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations and experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are also essential.
