Job Role

A Support Specialist assumes a pivotal role within the organization by delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Guidance - Collaborate with customer-facing teams to provide comprehensive technical training and documentation.
  • L2 Phone and Email Assistance - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • L2 Ticket and SLA Management - Effectively manage and prioritize tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved within the set timeframe.
  • System Maintenance and Monitoring - Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our systems.
  • Escalation Procedures to L3 Technical Support - Escalate complex issues to senior technicians for further assistance.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and equipment support experience.
  • Application/System Maintenance expertise.
  • Bonus: Knowledgeable in SSL/TLS and REST APIs.
  • Bonus: Experience with MySQL, NodeJS, Python, and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should hold a college degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Full-time remote work - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps (DSL or FIBR).
  • A quiet and conducive working environment is required.
