Job Title: Remote Guest Experience Manager

">Job Description

As a Remote Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote guest experience team. This includes managing a team of guest experience specialists, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and resolving in-the-moment issues.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that apartments are guest-ready, and collaborate with your team to drive improvements to guest satisfaction. Your goal will be to provide a seamless and personalized experience for our guests, while also meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of 3-10 guest experience specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Work Saturdays and Sundays (with two consecutive weekdays off)
  • Be accountable for team and individual metrics, with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Oversee guest communications and provide support via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, and email
  • Resolve escalated guest issues quickly and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of service industry experience
  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in customer service or call center environments
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and provide process improvements
