Guest Services Representative

Beachside VR is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Services Representatives.

This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences through prompt communication, effective issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Accurately update reservations and maintain proper accounting records.
  • Liaise with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with online travel agency (OTA) booking channels and property management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently.
