Job Title: Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Account Growth Manager to lead our client relationships, campaign execution, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, strategic planning, and team coordination to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • The Account Growth Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and key clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
    • They will understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Manage client expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Campaign and Project Management:
    • The Account Growth Manager will lead the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media, and digital) to deliver high-quality work.
    • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize results.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines across all campaigns.
  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • The Account Growth Manager will identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue with existing client accounts, while actively exploring and acquiring new client relationships.
    • Support new business pitches by preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
    • Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting for client accounts.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, contracts, and project details.
    • Lead, guide, and mentor Account and Junior Account Managers, supporting their professional growth and skill development.
    • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
    • Cultivate a team culture grounded in excellence, accountability, and creativity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies.
