The role of an Account Development Manager is pivotal in driving sales strategies for top companies. This position requires developing a coverage strategy that transitions different sales units from a channel-centric approach to an end-user-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand market trends, new investments, and opportunities for business growth on targeted accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with end-users and understand their needs.
  • Identify opportunities and present technical/commercial benefits of Schneider Electric offerings.
  • Provide solutions to resolve issues arising from product use and solutions.
  • Support the company in determining market competition and providing intelligence information.
  • Support inter-departmental efforts to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Assist and influence consultants in technical specifications for these applications.
  • Support marketing and sales promotion needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of successful solution selling experience covering top companies.
  • Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, team player, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
  • Good understanding of local market - customers, suppliers, competitors, and market developments, technology trends.
