We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Commercial Growth Leader to join our team.

This is a key role in driving our commercial strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Commercial Plans: Support the development of commercial plans that drive sustainable and profitable growth, aligned with our strategic growth platforms.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior account management or director-level role.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make high-impact decisions.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or Food Science preferred.

Minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant work experience.
