Job Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to create high-quality learning programs for various roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying engaging course content and learning activities using recognized models such as ADDIE, SAM and Kirkpatrick.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training materials using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva and Patra Learning Management System.
  • Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and stay updated on learning technologies.
  • Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses and live virtual learning experiences.
  • Lead others in creating learning standards, templates and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify expected outcomes and formats of learning experiences.
Skill Requirements:
  • At least two years experience in learning/training/people development preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred) and MS Office.
