Learning Solutions Developer

As a Learning Solutions Developer, you will create impactful learning experiences that enhance knowledge and skills.
This role involves designing and developing training materials using instructional design principles and adult learning theory. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Create comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives
- Design assessments to measure learning effectiveness
- Develop interactive content for instructor-led and online delivery
- Evaluate current training content and drive improvements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies
- Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
