Description
Outsourcey is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, quotations, and order status updates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or data entry. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Providing product information, quotations, and order status updates.
- Assisting customers with technical queries, escalating complex issues where necessary.
- Coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Managing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately entering sales orders, invoices, and customer information into internal systems.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of customer accounts and order history.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
