Application Support Team Lead

Job Title: Application Support Team Lead
About the Role:
- Lead and develop a team of application support analysts.
- Manage a large team with different scopes and distribute tickets to specific groups.
- Generate reports on tasks and issue trends.
- Manage incident resolution and escalation of application issues.
- Review permanent fixes and root cause analysis with the team.
- Work with stakeholders, including third-party vendors and carriers, in discussions of issues and creation of workarounds.
- Investigate issues and clear error tickets.
- Finding root causes and engaging development teams for permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders, operational teams, business analysts, and developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in an Application Support role or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Team Leader of an Application Support team or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Absence of knowledge in SQL, Unix, and Java.
- Any experience with Frontier, Workbench, Novus is an advantage.
