We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team.

This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 2.5 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday, from 4:30-7:00 EST.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to follow structured scripts, and maintain a professional phone presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing strategic outbound calls to pre-foreclosure and expired listing leads during peak response hours
  • Conducting initial property owner conversations using proven qualification scripts
  • Gathering essential information about property conditions, pricing expectations, and seller motivation
  • Scheduling appointments for the acquisition team with qualified sellers
  • Maintaining detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Systematically working through lead lists to maximize contact rates and opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting daily call metrics and success rates
