Job Description:

The role of the Acquisitions Analyst is to support the acquisition and finance teams with tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, market research, due diligence, investment presentations, and pipeline management. The position requires effective communication with the executive team, property sellers, brokers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform in-depth financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
  2. Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
  3. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for investment decision support.
  4. Prepare high-quality presentation decks.
  5. Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
  6. Perform market-level due diligence, including sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
  7. Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline.
  8. Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  2. MBA degree preferred.
  3. 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
  4. Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
  6. Experience with quantitative evaluation and analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
  7. Advanced Excel modeling skills are required.
  8. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  9. Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
  10. Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
  11. Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
