Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, exceeding client expectations.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system for seamless tracking.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Adhere to quality standards and company policies, maintaining high levels of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
