Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring seamless team collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior executives, clients, and vendors.
  • Effectively communicate program requirements and status to relevant parties.
  • Support the implementation and achievement of strategic objectives, business goals, and departmental targets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Two years' experience in a project management role leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver project plans and results for client-facing, senior, and executive-level management.
  • Proficiency in project management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and flowcharting applications (MS Project, Asana, MS Office, Excel, and Visio).
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally (25%).
