Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of educational projects. This involves coordinating with tutors, planning and analyzing program effectiveness, and communicating with stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to launch new initiatives, support regional operations, and provide academic services to students and their families.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically managing class schedules to optimize staffing sessions and meet company efficiency targets
  • Overseeing virtual tutoring sessions to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintaining records of all students' academic progress
  • Ensuring flawless execution of programs and initiatives through effective planning and coordination
  • Conducting conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments

The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills. You must also be able to create standard operating procedures, work independently, and build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.

This role requires maintaining high standards across people, financial, and academic areas while ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of programs and initiatives.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 2-3 years of progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
