Lead Key Account Management Team for Social Commerce

We are seeking a skilled Social Commerce Key Account Management Team Lead to oversee our livestream operations and drive impactful results for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive livestream strategies to maximize audience engagement and sales conversion.
    • Plan and manage livestream schedules, ensuring alignment with peak shopping events (e.g., major holidays).
    • Supervise social key account management team to deliver exceptional live commerce experiences.
    • Track performance metrics (e.g., Enter Room Rate, engagement rate, GMV) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with proven success in managing high-pressure campaigns.
    • Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage fast-paced operations.
