Job Description

A proactive and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Digital Media Assistant is needed to support day-to-day digital operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dynamic entrepreneur at the forefront of digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-Commerce Operations:
    • Manage product inventory using CommentSold, preferably with experience on Shopify or similar platforms.
    • Pull and organize inventory from external sources, ensuring listings are up to date and accurately maintained.
    • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts targeting abandoned cart users and repurchasers.
    • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:
    • Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva.
    • Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management:
    • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed.
    • Support logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations.
