Business Partnership Manager Role Summary

This is a key position that ensures effective partnerships with agency partners and merchant clients. The role involves review of business support documentation requirements, validation of client information, and facilitation of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Compliance: Ensure all business support documentation meets regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Client Management: Validate and confirm client information for onboarding and enrollment to the EN's P2M portal.
  • Enrollment Requests: Approve timely and complete enrollment requests of agency partners to the AB Platform.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day operations to address critical issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate operational issues and concerns to evaluate their impact on implementation, delivery, and timeline.
  • Report Consolidation: Consolidate product group reports to initiate referral reports and facilitate referral fee payouts.
  • Agency Partner Management: Execute renewal, cancellation, or termination of agency partners according to standard policies and regulations.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Marketing-related course.
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in similar function in documentation, risk management, BSP and/or SEC Regulatory.
  • Skills: MS Office applications; Program Management; Management and Analytical skills.
