Job Description

We are seeking an highly organized and detail-oriented Office Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Maintaining files and ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages, and delivering them to the relevant personnel.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Proficiency in MS Office Application is also essential. We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Additionally, candidates should be able to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges.
