We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruitment and people operations, with a strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to shape global talent strategies, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional technical talent across diverse platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Champion employee engagement activities that boost morale, support mental wellbeing, and foster a healthy work-life balance.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of people initiatives, and continuously improve processes and systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a knack for identifying and engaging top-tier engineers, product managers, AI specialists, and other technical talent.
  • Solid experience in People Operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, and HR data analysis.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
