Technical Recruiter

This minimum of 6 Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Even though you already passed the training period, expect that the US client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.

READ : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Technical Recruiter

• Candidate must be willing to undergo Onsite Interview if needed
• Willing to undergo 100% ONSITE Training- 1month (1st month of your contract) but it can be extended if needed depending on your performance. During your Training, they will monitor and evaluate your performance. They may still end your contract after the training if failed from the evaluation or they may extend your training.
• FULLY ONSITE IN BGC, TAGUIG
• Open to shifting as needed any shift assigned: (3 Shifts: 6-3pm, 8am-5pm, 3pm-12mn)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• ·At least 2 years of total experience in technical Recruitment
• With at least 1 year in US Technical recruitment: preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment managing recruitment from mid-level professionals to highly specialized, hard-to-fill positions.
• Excellent English: Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
• Can Start ASAP

• How long is your total experience in US technical recruitment: recruiting US IT professionals? (US ONLY)

• Do you have hands-on experience in TECHNICAL recruitment from mid-level professionals to highly specialized, hard-to-fill positions? What are those positions?
• How much is your Expected Salary: Php Basic Pay / Month? Monthly Salary will be converted into daily rate. We will process your Mandated Benefits and Tax - will be deducted to your salary.
