About the role

Firstsource Solutions Limited is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our company's growth and talent acquisition efforts. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various roles across our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most suitable candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate fit and skills
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition
  • Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
