Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email, ensuring timely communication with prospective tenants.
  • Schedule property tours and maintain accurate showing windows to optimize the viewing experience.
  • Provide assistance to prospective tenants with applications and unit details, showcasing the unique features of each property.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date leasing documentation and CRM updates in AppFolio, utilizing this platform to drive business results.
  • Create and assign support tickets using our internal system, prioritizing issues and escalating as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with comfort navigating multiple platforms and systems.
  • Able to balance scripted responses with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a focus on teamwork and mutual support.
