Reports To: VP for Leasing / Mall Operations Manager

Department: Leasing and Marketing

Experience: At least 2 years

Manages tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and contract execution. Ensures high occupancy, builds tenant relationships, and supports mall revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and evaluate prospective tenants for available retail spaces within the mall.
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market standards.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of lease contracts and related documents.
  • Maintain an updated database of lease agreements, tenant profiles, and payment records.
  • Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and ensure timely follow-ups with tenants.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with leasing regulations and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and resolve leasing-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to support tenant fit-out and mall integration.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and rental rates.
  • Prepare regular leasing reports and forecasts for management review.
