Lease Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lease Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our end-to-end lease documentation process.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

The Lease Contracts Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include drafting and processing lease documents, ensuring accuracy of lease terms and financial obligations, maintaining compliance with internal standards, and collaborating with internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role
  • Experience with document management, processing, and creation is preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is a plus
