  • Lease Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leasing and tenant relations, identifying prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract tenants, including digital advertising and social media outreach.
  • Pprepare and review Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Work Remotely During Standard US Pacific Time Business Hours. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
