Commercial Real Estate Leasing Professional

Are you looking for a challenging position in commercial real estate where you can make a meaningful impact? As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants, drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements, and building strong relationships with existing tenants. You will work closely with property managers, asset managers, and other internal departments to optimize occupancy and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage prospective tenants through strategic marketing efforts, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach
* Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties
* Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
* Must possess a strong work ethic
* Must be a team player
