US Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a US Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong pipelines, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to ensure a high-quality talent pool for client placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates across various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Screen resumes/CVs for qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies.
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is required.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices and compliance basics.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter or similar tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple requisitions.
