Alarm Support Specialist

This role requires a professional to manage and respond to refrigeration and HVAC alarms in a 24/7 department environment. The specialist will diagnose, interrogate, and troubleshoot alarms received from customers, providing accurate documentation and decision-making based on alarm history and graph analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage alarm responses and customer notifications
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC issues
  • Provide sound decision-making based on alarm data and customer specifications
  • Update and confirm completed work orders according to customer procedures
  • Handle inbound and transferred calls, addressing customer inquiries as necessary
Requirements

A graduate of any 4-year degree is preferred. Experience in interactive customer service and related functions is advantageous. Background in offshore service operations is also beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Lumity business systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Work Conditions

Will be required to work shifting operations, including weekends, to support assigned business and customers. Willingness to work overtime or rest day overtime to support manpower requirements during critical days and peak season.
