Service Technician Job Description">

This is a technical role that requires strong support and maintenance skills for refrigeration and HVAC systems. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving alarm-related issues in a 24/7 environment, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize downtime and optimize business operations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interrogate and diagnose alarms received from customers based on agreed service level agreements.
  2. Deliver accurate alarm information through documentation or communication with external stakeholders.
  3. Make sound decisions based on historical data analysis and graph insights.
  4. Update and confirm completed work orders according to customer procedures.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inbound and transferred calls promptly and effectively.

For this position, you should have a strong background in technical maintenance and support, preferably with experience in customer-facing roles. Proficiency in MS Office applications and managed services business systems is highly desirable. As a Service Technician, you must be willing to adapt to shifting operational demands, including working on weekends and overtime as needed.

  • Background in offshore service operations is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
