Key Role in Growth Pipeline

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the pipeline from the NetSuite ecosystem and other construction-tech partners. This involves developing and executing a strategic marketing engine to convert traffic into qualified leads, opportunities, and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners, showcasing excellent business development skills.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners, with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business, leveraging their expertise.
  • Improve the website's lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and the MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rate to at least 30%, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset.
  • Create at least six named customer stories and secure four or more public reviews, highlighting success cases.
  • Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host 2-3 industry events, fostering partnerships and thought leadership.
  • Document playbooks and repeatable processes, such as sales/partner onboarding guides, co-sell playbooks, and webinar/event checklists, ensuring seamless operations.
Programs and Processes to Build & Own:

The successful candidate will build and own programs and core processes including:

  • Partner Strategy & Operations: Develop an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), tiering framework, recruiting playbook, and referral structure, driving partner growth.
  • Growth Marketing Engine: Create a content calendar, optimize the website, manage events, and develop customer marketing initiatives like case studies and reviews, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Core Processes: Establish and document key processes such as lead registration and co-selling, partner onboarding, webinar execution, and customer story collection, streamlining business operations.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SDR (Sales Development Representative) roles, demonstrating proven sales skills.
  • Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in both partner management and marketing, showcasing versatility.
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing operations, highlighting technical expertise.
  • Allocation: 60% partner-sourced pipeline and 40% on marketing conversions and assets, emphasizing a balanced approach.
