This is a unique chance to join our organization as a Business Development Representative.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, lead generation, and client outreach.
About the Role- We seek a skilled professional who can conduct targeted research and data mining to identify and build prospect lists across various sectors.
- You will engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Your primary responsibility will be to support our team by preparing meeting materials, developing briefings, and conducting background research on key contacts and companies.
- Conduct targeted research and data mining to identify and build prospect lists across core services: construction, project management, and site acquisition.
- Engage with high-level stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Develop personalized, professional outreach campaigns and follow up to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline.
- Support the preparation of meeting materials, briefings, and background research on key contacts and companies.
- Collaborate closely with our Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators to refine qualification processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within the construction, project management, or real estate industries.
- Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives (CEOs, COOs, VPs) through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with using CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, updating lead statuses, and generating performance reports.
