We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Success Development Analyst.


Job Description

As a Customer Success Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on performance-driven goals
