Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry
  • Lean Methodologies: Hands-on experience with lean tools (A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
