Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to drive engagement and satisfaction.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of customer needs, providing proactive solutions to address concerns and drive business outcomes.

Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably handling complex account spends.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to establish milestones and manage project plans.
  • Fluent to native Japanese speaking ability to cater to Japan market.
