Customer Success Manager Role OverviewAs a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by developing strategic plans to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Support Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to resolve issues.
  • Enrich Documentation: Update knowledge base articles and other resources to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Drive Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage customers through digital channels.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify potential customers and onboard them to Canonical's products and support processes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales and Support teams to develop engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
  • Collect Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and present it to the product team for review.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Empathy and Drive: Strong empathetic skills and a natural drive to help others.
  • Technology Passion: Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to structure and update documentation.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with all departments internally.
Preferred Skills
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian.
