Business Development Specialist

About this role:

We address the issue of financial underservicing in Emerging Markets.

The goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked with a focus on emerging economies.

  • Conduct research and outreach to potential partners across various industries, including Credit Cards, Business Loans, Crypto Platforms, Deposit Products, Insurance, Remittance Services, E-wallets, and Telco Services.

This involves leading partner outreach, negotiations, and onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with legal counsel, collecting documentation, handling operational tasks, and reporting directly to the Country Lead.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, legal operations, partnerships, or account management within the PH financial ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
