Yngen Datacom Corp is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge software solutions and the businesses that use them. You'll play a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning and managing the customer relationship end-to-end.
  • Conduct end-user training to help clients fully unlock the value of our solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and effective system usage.
  • Manage onboarding and implementation projects, and support crisis resolution when needed.
  • Educate customers on new features and enhancements.
  • Continuously work to empower clients and ensure their long-term success with our platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (experience with software companies is a must).
  • Amenable to work permanently during US Time zone
  • Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Background in tech-focused industries, especially B2B SaaS, is a plus.
