Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Tech Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers via live chat and tickets.

Your main objective will be to resolve technical issues efficiently, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will also contribute to various teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, and proficiency with content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or native).
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical issues into actionable steps.
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).
