About the Role:
  • Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails

Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is a must
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) is essential
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP is necessary
