Job Title: Cryptocurrency Operations Professional

Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist

Our team seeks a highly skilled professional to oversee cryptocurrency operations, marketing, and customer support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram to engage with the community and promote our products.
  2. Collaborate with the team to optimize digital ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Stay updated on the latest crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
