Implementation Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Professional to oversee the successful deployment of our real estate technology platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, process-driven, and tech-savvy, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

This is a full-time remote position that requires a stable internet connection and professional home office setup.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in product implementation, staying up-to-date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
