Job Title: After Sales Admin

At Greenology Innovations Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized After Sales Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of insurance policies for our assets, including office, warehouse, gas station, and fleet. They will also be responsible for preparing necessary documents and coordinating with insurance brokers for the filing of insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage insurance policies for all company assets
  • Prepare and coordinate insurance claims with brokers
  • Manage utility expenses and liaise with utility companies for any issues
  • Monitor rental and lease renewals and ensure timely payment
  • Assist in canvassing and outsourcing of materials for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure functionality of office equipment and requisition new supplies as needed
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage assets inventory
  • Assist in inter-office transfers and disposal of assets
  • Manage office supplies expenses and requests
  • Assist in booking airfare and lodging for out-of-town requirements
  • Creation and preparation of marketing collaterals
  • Assist in planning and preparation of company events
  • Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any related course
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field
  • Experience with processing government permits and insurance
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Determined and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and organizational skills
